On 17 June, Rahel Bösch, the Director of Cooperation for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), signed an agreement with Swisscontact to implement the Skills Development Programme in Cambodia. The Swiss Laos Hospital Project (SLHP) initiated by Dr. Urs Lauper, started some 20 years ago in Lao PDR.
